Herbs = A TON of FLAVOUR for LITTLE CALORIES

Parsley, Marjoram, Thyme, Basil, Rosemary, Chives, etc
Herbs grow very easily and a little goes a long way. A much healthier choice :)

A much better way to get a massive Favour Burst than adding high calorie ingredients like cheese, oils, and sauces.

Nothing wrong with High Calorie food if it is used in moderation. But I completely agree with using Herbs and seasoning to amplify the taste of food. I LOVE Turmeric, cayenne, curry, Cumin, as well as the ones you listed.
