It's ok to LAUGH at my Photo - I look like a TELLYTUBBY!!
I am starting the Diet-Thing late but have made up my mind to finish Strong.
I know it is all up to ME - Success is in MY HANDS!

I recently took up swimming at my local pool and do 2 -3 hours per week of slow steady mix of Dog Paddle and Australian Crawl with the aide of a water-noodle.

I tried walking round the block and badly sprained my ankle - it twists each time so I gave up and now do low impact water exercise. I am very happy to have gone down from Size 28 down to size 20 Swimsuit. Slow and steady but it's a start!

How do I get off the Plateau I find myself stuck on ?
thank you everyone - guess I just needed to hear another point of view on this. I do know I am getting smaller as I am fittings things I couldn't fit 4 months ago - things I kept in the closet as a incentive to get myself sorted out.
I am going to 'mix-up' my workout and keep plugging away. I will not give up, I know that much. I feel so wonderful within myself and I know this plateau is just a glitch.

How do I get off the Plateau I find myself stuck on ?
I was 105kg and went down to 91kg a month ago. I am at 93kg now and have been there for over 3 weeks. I'm developing muscle and loosing fat so the owner of the gym says gain is ok and will balance out.
I go to the gym 2-3x a week and carefully watch my calorie intake.

I've dropped from size 22 down to 18 in clothes and the fat loss is noticeable in my butt n boobs areas. Was 22 Fcup now 18DD which I am very happy about...
BUT when is it going to show up on the scales???
How long can a plateau last???
