Gardening is not only good for food and your wallet, but it's a great stress reliever. Grounding yourself in the soil, creating something with your hands and sweat. Gives you quite a feeling of accomplishment too :) Good Job!

Bok Choy is delicious. I use it all the time in my stir fry dishes. Mmmm. I haven't had kale in a while. Nice to just go out in your yard and bring the fresh veggies in. Plus, you know what was used in the cultivation process whereas when you buy it from the market you don't really know what was used.

Do not forget the lowly radish. The greens are considered a super food. great in the soup pot, stir fried in salad with lettuce. Best thing of all is entire plant is ready to harvest in 25 days! Stirfry root, leaves and all! http://www.nutrition-and-you.com/radish.html
