So this morning I felt 49% like giving up. Then I had my oatmeal breakfast and went to the gym. 85 minutes of weights later, my shoulders are burning!!! But in a good way.

Going to the in laws for lasagna tonight, but I'll be bringing my spinach and chicken to eat.

Thanks guys!! I didn't have any lasagna, cookies or cake. Brought an orange for dessert but didn't even have that and only ate half of my dinner that I brought with me. I did splurge on a Nandos chicken wing though. Came home and made a smoothie for a treat.
