Well I am three days in, I don't know about everybody else but this is always the make or break day. The bad things I was eating were calling my name so I took a garbage bag full of them out to the trash. Not more starches, breads, and especially cereals. What am I twelve years old that I was having cereal for dinner. Anyway, I have eaten more salads this three days, three in the last two days, then I ate all last month.
