Had a not so great weigh in although I should be Ok with losing a pound given the Halloween party I enjoyed over the weekend. Back to being more strict

After no loss over the last two weeks, due to going off plan during family visit, it looks like I am back on track and lost what I needed to this week to maintain my 10 lbs per month goal. More importantly I just hit my orange bar meaning I'm 1/4 of the way there and lost another belt notch so a real good week.
I started this diet about 2 months ago with the primary target of getting back into a Zorro, yes Zorro, costume that I grew out of for a Halloween party that is now this Saturday. I am happy to report that Zorro will ride once again chicas. Thank goodness, cause my other costume is Capt Kirk, and know one wants to see a fat Capt Kirk.

Well I had ten days of eating out with family and the scale doesn't lie, I didn't loose anything over that timeframe, but luckily I didn't gain. Good thing I hit my monthly goal early, now back to work

I have had family in, and so have basically been eating out for the last 10 days. I have been staying strict to the low carb but not to the calorie limit. I've also been walking a lot to compensate. I am back on plan as of today, so we will see what Thursday weigh in brings.

So it's been two weeks since I changed my diet up, doing 900 calories a day during work week and staying strictly low carb and it's been two good weigh ins so I will continue that plan.
