Feeling super nervous about my first weekly weigh-in tomorrow. Two days ago I couldn't wait to weigh and now that the time is near I'm worried I'll be disappointed. I definitely feel better than 7 days ago. I just know that the first week is usually the biggest loss, so I'm worried that if it is not what I would hope for that it will get me negative thinking about the weeks to come. I guess whatever happens I'll make a commitment to myself to not let it send me off course.

Thanks guys! Ended up with a 4.4 loss. Of course, hubby lost 9.8!!???? I can never keep up with him no matter how hard I try LOL, though I admit he did more exercise than I did so maybe I will have to add more this week.

Guys almost always lose more faster than girls (SO not fair lol). 4.4 for your week is terrific! Just keep doing the right things. It will go fast some weeks and slow down some but it doesn't mean you're doing anything wrong so don't give up. :)
