1 flatbread 90 cal. 1 jalapeno 4 cal. 2 eggs, scrambled 199 cal. 53g white onion 21 cal. 63g fresh spinach leaves 14 cal. 1/4 cup Feta cheese 70 cal.

Dice up jalapeno and onion into itty-bitty pieces and brown 'em up in a non-stick skillet on medium-low heat. (no oils are used). When they are brown, add clean and rinsed and shredded spinach leaves, cook until leaves are dark green and beginning to soften up; Crack eggs into mixture and scramble them together until eggs are cooked thoroughly. Put the whole mess on a low calorie, low carb, high fiber flatbread and sprinkle on the feta cheese. Roll up tight, shovel into pie-hole!
