It's been 2 days in a row below 230 and that feels amazing. However, I've been sick for the past 5 days with some crud virus my husband brought back from his work trip 2 weeks ago. No workouts or walks for me which has made me feel even more miserable. However, I am still keep with the mind work-reading my rules, refutation, affirmations, writing my goals down, sticking to my food plan.
