Went to the gym tonight. I have wicked rubber arms right now,lol. Going for my power walk in the morning. Fingers crossed the scale goes down again. I even had over 1000 calories today, so it was a better eating day.

LOL. Ya, it sucks when the stairs try to jump up and smack you in the face,lol. Same with trees and walking.
