Protein powder. There are too many to choose from and I haven't a clue as to what I should buy. Help!!!

There are many choices. I like Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey protein, or VitaSport brands.

I generally use a plain or mild vanilla flavoured powder. Add fruit for your flavouring. Yum. You don't need all the stuff some are loaded with, and some just taste gross.

Thanks for the input ! I was also told to make sure there isn't any concentrate in it. I'll be reading labels tomorrow...as long as they make the writing large enough,lol
