Trimmer55's Journal, 29 September 2015

Haven't journalled in several days, but yes still keeping track of the regimen. I think that I am almost three week in. Tomorrow being 21 days and I will do a weigh in. Been really good watching portion sizes, eating a lot of squash and cabbage, as it is the season. My husband has documented over 10 pounds lost - his hummingbird metabolism doing all the work.
This last week included camping, a brewery tour and lunch with our son and the regimen was easily attended to. Our biking has increased greatly. My husbands achilles injury and rehab is allowing some bicycle riding and he is finding that he can do quite a bit of riding without pain. So for his good rehab, we have done several long bike rides and will continue. (lots of calories burned on bikes and we now have a living room spinner, as part of his rehab equip).
