Oh what a disaster. All I did was attend my niece's wedding last week. I don't think I over ate travelling cattle class with QANTAS. Perhaps I should go Jetstar or Virgin where they charge you to breath.
172.8 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
