Beginning day three. Haven't really been food pre-occupied until last night. The food commercials interspersed as I watched my show were distracting. Felt a little hungry. Appeased myself with a cinnamon hard candy.
Feeling good effects of the weight work and exercising. Feeling really tight - not sore.
