Feeling down today. The day started with Ryan having a surprize "poker game" with random people I dont know? Thorin and Daddy missing missing the bus apparently. Thorin has acted out at school (bus incidents impact I supect). Just having a protein shake :(

Everything will work out... just a hard day everybody has them. Work with Thorin setting up a token economy at home to work on behavior perhaps earning entertainment time make him value it more and impact some of his behavior at school. I spoken with his father about the situation so hopefully that will impact that situation as well. Trying to find some resolutions in that field as well. That's pretty upset today didn't end up eating until short time ago. Did make me a bit loopy being so low calories was such a long time. Relied a bit on junk food I don't think I'll be BLT was my best choice but I was getting to a problem which I couldn't form articulate sentences and was having trouble getting things out that's why I felt it was important to go ahead and eat something regardless of its health. Still feeling better now probably won't eat much more for the rest of the day feeling overly full now. But now I'm above 350 calories so that's good up to 1,200 which is a lot better. Tomorrow I'll focus on good health today I'm just getting by.
