Good day everyone, nothing like getting finished with your workout looking outside and watching it snow :( well my lawn will enjoy it but I reckon this is springtime in the Rockies. Todays workout.

50 regular push-ups
20 wide grip pull-ups
50 military push-ups
20 chin-ups
50 wide arm push-ups
20 close grip pull-ups
50 staggered push-ups
20 vaulter pull-ups
