Dear Reader. Success at last. This morning I broke through a plateau I was stuck on. I lost half a kilo and even this programme questioned me about it! I decided to increase my morning walk from 40 minutes to 1 hour. Also I do gardening for at least an hour every morning. Hope I can keep up the momentum! Peter
