I'm switching from Atkins to Paleo. I've been wondering if all the cheese has been causing the inflammation pain I feel all over. Also wondering if all the bacon, scrambled eggs with HWC & cheese, plus all the other high-fat foods have been causing my stall. I've been reading about people doing Whole 30 and how great they feel, with lots of energy. It seems that W30 is a stricter version of Paleo. No dairy is going to be my biggest challenge. For now, I will limit the amount of dairy I eat - eat in moderation. I still have to research this eating plan to make sure I am doing it correctly.
