What is the bloody use? I have reached a plateau and I cannot shake it. A Kurdish refugee eats more that I do. I only consume allegedly healthy foods.
187.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
