Well my changes are in full effect and I took the boyfriend to work then went to Curve's and did three rounds on the machines and I went and climbed my hill this morning and now I have three blocks up and tomorrow I will add another 1/2 blocks. here is my measurements from Curve's from 7/30/2014 arms 19.25 +.5 bust 52.5 0 waist 49.5 -.75 abdomen 65 +.25 hip 68.5 +.5 thigh 36 +2 weight 386.20 +1.4 BMI 62.33 +.23 body fat% 50 0 body fat 193.10 +.7 Well I guess that isn't too bad for the first day at keeping track. I can't track calories for watering the garden or the fact that I took over 8000 steps so I am not too worried about the few extra calories.
