Well I am going to really do this again I gained on the weight this month so I am going back to recording and working out hard. I started climbing a steep hill in Bellefonte, pa so trying to burn more calories and building muscles in my legs. I do know that I have lost inches of fat and I am building muscles so I gained which I know muscle weighs more than fat but I am just so pissed off with myself since I know that I should be dropping and not gaining but I haven't paid attention to what is going into my mouth. I could just kick myself in the butt.Well I went to Curve's and I did my workout which I did 3 rounds on the machines and did different body basic or Jillian moves to try and get the weight off. Everybody says how good I look and how they can tell that I have lost alot but that damn scale doesn't seem to want to go down.
386.2 lb Lost so far: 39.8 lb.    Still to go: 161.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 1.5 lb a week

Just pick your self up and get more focused this week. You can do this. Remember this is a lifetime change!!!

Small changes matter! Maybe just pick 1-2 things a week to focus on? After a few weeks, you'll have all sorts of good habits. For example, I cut way back on alcohol and dessert and it's already made a huge difference. You can do this, but you have to love yourself, even on bad days. You are human, but you are worth it!

I agree with Kdawg. It can be overwhelming to change EVERYTHING all at once, so pick your battles. You can do this! I understand the temptation to really beat yourself up, but since no one else will do it for you, you need to treat YOU right. That means a pep talk, something motivational, not a beat down. Good luck!

Well I'm going through the same thing. I'm trying to go mostly raw food I'm looking for encouragement to. Just started FatSecret I like it so far just wish more people were raw food

Well I only eat raw vegetables. I know that every thing is one day at a time but I have no patience to wait so I just jump head first, I am stubborn and bullheaded so I know that I can make all these changes and it won't be too much. I have faith in myself and my abilities to succeed when I have my sites set on a goal. I backed off but now I am pissed off at myself for gaining weight and inches.
