Can I give a tip to those who get hungry - the Zero type Powerade (elcetrolyte) drinks are really quite good when you need a pick up and your fighting the hungries.
They are really helping me on the fast days (only 9 calories) - they are lovely flavours and take away that gnawing in your belly.
