HAd to update my food diary for yesterday. My wife brought me to the Blue Mermaid in Downtown Portsmouth for my birthday last night so dinner plans changed. Here I was thinking that I fell apart on my diet...I entered what I ate and my numbers turned out perfect! I'm getting good at this.
