HELP!
My biggest piece of advice on using this site... something I didn't at first realize or do myself, is to befriend a few like-minded people on here (people trying to lose a bit of weight, and maybe around your age). Cheer them on, get to know them a bit, and you will be amazed that when they cheer you on in return, it REALLY HELPS TONS! It's funny how people you've never met can have such a great impact on you, and actually change your mood, your attitude and drive your weight loss. You'll be glad you did.

Second, with about 10 pounds to lose, if you simply say no to a few luxury items that you sometimes get (maybe a Starbuck's coffee, or an order of fries here and there), the ten pounds will probably come right off. Try and avoid starchy foods especially: bread, potatoes, noodles / pasta... that kind of thing.
