My exercising is great, but my eating is out of control. I do have to say, that I have added salads for lunch with fruit. But my portions are out of control. I do not want to drink shakes and I want liquor too much. I need to get my mind wrapped around this eating otherwise I will be buying fat clothes again and I do not want to do that. I feel like I am already in my fat clothes. Here I go again.
