Ok, I gotta say it, I'm thrilled and back on track. Stayed the last 3 days at 16 carbs. Yesterday's dinner was Buffalo chicken wings and faux loaded potato salad (cauliflower, bacon and instead of the traditional mayo, I melted some Boursin herb and garlic cheese with a little cream). Filling and delicious!! As usual forgot pics. 🙄
