Wow! What barbecue place? Alvin has a place called Joe's that makes the best beef ribs. I get the sauce on the side and sometimes just take the sauce home. I hope it was totally scrumptious. Texas has some of the best barbecue, as you now know! My New Orleans' roommate has enjoyed going to various barbecue places around here, too. XOXO

Binky, it's Goode Company BBQ, here since 1977. They also make the famous Brazos Bottom Pecan Pie, the best pecan pie I've ever tasted, and I've tasted many.
