Sorry for being absent for a couple of days. Saturday i did my fall cleaning ( accomplished a lot ) then i made my cauliflower pizza and had 2 slices. In the afternoon my back was hurting quite a bit bit thought it was normal since i have back issues anyways. By around 5pm i thought a 🚛 hit me. My whole body was aching and i felt super tired, sluggish and started to freeze. Great I'm coming down with something. So i went to bed super early but woke up every 30 minutes through the whole night 😣 Next day i step on the scale and it said 230 ( say whaaat? ) well lay off the cheese girl. I know that's what caused the gain. So Sunday feeling like total crap and running a fever i only had water, tea and some chicken broth and a few eggs. Monday fever was gone, body still aching and my weight gain gone as well. My stomach still bothered me so still had chicken broth and 2 eggs. Well this morning i stepped on the scale I'll be dammed up to 230 again ( what gives?? )
I take it what it's the sodium that one little cube of bullion has. Who would've thought that these little suckers can mess with your weight like that. I guess not sleeping well doesn't help the situation either. So today I'm trying to eat a little solid foods and stay 90% away from cheese. Not only to lose more weight but to have a normal run to the bathroom again. I knew cheese can get yah constipated but DAMN I'm constipated 👀👀👀 if that was to much TMI so be it. I know y'all been through that so no shame in the game. I'm leaving my weight there were it is until i get below 228.6.

When you are sick to not worry about the scale. Your body will hold on to water and readings will be all over the place. Focus on getting well and the water weight will come off.

Yeah I still don't feel a 💯..been drinking lots of water and only had a plain greek yogurt early this morning. I'm not hungry at all. I'm just going to listen to my body. If it wants food fine if not fine as well.

When drinking tons of water also make sure to replenish your electrolytes, because you are flushing those out also! Hope you are feeling better!

I actually just finished eating some cauliflower mash and chicken cordon bleu with an almond flour crust. My tummy really appreciated some food. Still have a pain in my neck and a little headache. Hopefully by tomorrow it's gone. Thanks for asking💖
