Well, if you follow me you know I recently went back to work. Its exactly what I needed, working every other day and enjoying it. Weight went down this week. Going to a garden talk at The Fells today, see if I can get into gardening and get some color added to my very large green (grass and trees) landscape.
213.8 lb Lost so far: 36.2 lb.    Still to go: 33.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well its always nice to return to work makes life feel more of the normal.... for me anyway... sounds fun.... I love the outdoors and to do tons of landscaping or just sitting on our deck... enjoying my moments... have a super Saturday:)

I love gardening. not yard work, but flowers and herbs and house plants. very healthy hobby both mentally and physically. Enjoy.
