Tuesday-Working tonight so my steps will be up. Didn't work yesterday - 4,507 steps, about half of what I usually do when I'm working. Walked 3.02 kms, and went up 7 floors. Still, burned 1,790 calories, and ate 1,463 calories. Or so (some more wine might have snuck in there!). We'll call it even.
