I did my workout before I had my coffee and breakfast this morning because I am going to be really busy today and I wouldn't have had another chance to do it and still get to bed at a decent time (which I am really making an effort to do). Those of you who know me, know how much I love my coffee. So, Im pretty proud of myself for making my workout a priority today. My food plan for today is no bread stuff. I have been going over on my calories almost every day and I suspect that is part of the reason why (that and lack of sleep). I did have a pre-workout pumpkin cookie, but that's all. Today's Exercise: 20 Squats for Warm-Up, then... 3 Rounds of: Vertical-Lateral Jumps (20) Push-Ups (20) One-Legged Squats (20 each leg) Backwards Lunge to Toe Touch (20 each leg)
