Reps per minute (2 rounds) Ruby Slippers Bridge Curl Super Skater Bottoms Up Jump Lunges High Plank Roll Lift-Off Air Crunch This was a pretty wimpy workout. I wanted to do 4 rounds but quit after two. I was tired because I waited until 9:30pm to do a workout. I need to try and get my workouts in during the day.
