well, I'm gonna go nuts again, but I signed up for a no weigh Nov. I did it last time and was pleased with my results. hopefully it will be the same this time, wish me luck.

I belong to a few Keto Facebook groups that stress not watching the numbers. I did one last year and was surprised that I lost 8 lbs which was like 2 a week. Made me feel good that without the scale, I was doing well.
