I am trying to get back on track with diet and exercise. There have been so many distractions! I am determined to get everything worked out this week.
Today's Exercise:
2 Rounds of:
Burpee Side Lunge (10)
Pulse Squat (10)
James Bond Lunge (10)
Side Plank Leg Lift (15 each side)
This was a pretty hard workout. Especially those pulse squats. Exercise really helps curb my appetite. I thought it would make me hungrier but it doesn't.
