Okay. Today was my cheat day! I made chili and cornbread for dinner and my husband decided to make banana splits for lunch. I ate some ice cream and stuff because I was really hungry when we got around to eating. I really felt like I needed a cheat day, though. Im going to make up for it the rest of this week.
Today's exercise:
10 Victory Burpees and...
5 Rounds (24 sec. w/ 1 min. rest between each round) of:
Jumping Jacks
Mtn. Climbers
Drop Squat
Squat Kicks
High Knees
Jump Lunges
Seal Jacks
