Today's exercise:
10 Victory Burpees (for my one pound weight loss this week)
2 Rounds of:
External-Internal Hip Rotation w/ Shoulder Rotation (10 each leg)
Plank w/ Lateral Knee to Chest (20)
Tricep Dips (10)
Plank w/ Alteration Side Rotation (20)
Tricep Dips (10)
Lateral Step-Up w/ Knee to Chest (10 each leg)
One leg Plank w/ Row (20)
Push-Ups (10)
Vertical Jumps (10)
This week, I am going to try and include more cardio in my workout routine. I also want to try and reduce my sugar and sodium intake.
