Low energy level today...maybe not enough sleep? Anyway, I forced a workout...not my best intensity but at least I did something on what could have been an excuse for a "rest" day.
Today's exercise:
4 Rounds of:
15 Dynamic Squats
15 Kick-Ups
10 Dive Bombers
10 Prisoner Get-Ups
Im just focusing on one day at a time to get through this. Just doing my best today.
