After yesterday's entry about being ashamed of what people will say about my weight gain I took the advice of the ladies to practise loving myself and my body...so what did I do?

I PUT MY FULL LENGTH MIRROR RIGHT NEXT TO MY BED

This way whenever I wake up and go to bed or even just sit on my bed, I see myself. I have started talking to myself. Really looking at my body and it has me feeling better weirdly enough. I looked at my body for the first time in a long time and said, Thank you. Thanks for carrying me through my journey, for trying your best and for always being there for me regardless of how ill I've treated you. I love you. I will make thing's better. You deserve a break. you deserve to be treated well and loved after all the abuse I have done. I'm sorry, I love you and I will make this better.
