Day 2
I again...did not have a diet worthy day. HOWEVER
I didn't have of the Aero chocolate I found of my bfs. I was hungry and went to woolies and wanted chips. I bought carrots and salami sticks instead.
Sure I ate too much at supper time. HOWEVER, I didn't have the roast potato nor a roll with the Burger Patty. I didn't have of the Appletizer today.
I am proud of myself. oh, I even drank water too!

Okay, so today I didn't eat a plan that is classified as diet worthy, but just for the record. I didn't go and buy an ice cream when I wanted it today. I didn't buy the niknaks at the store. I didn't have of the custard.
I snacked on fruit. I ate real food instead of just luxuries and take away. I drank water.

Guys, I don't know how to do this. The emotional eating is the issue. Not the food. The stress, the trauma. I don't know how to cope 😔
