Broke 260 for the first time since I was 13 or 14 years old. Wow. Life on the road is tough. Weird schedules, weird food, weird situations. I did a trade show this weekend which went from 10a-3p and had no break for lunch. I was STARVING when the thing got over. I had nachos and beer in the sports bar next door. Oops.
Damn, were they good though.
Running a 5K this Saturday. Super excited.

Nice Drop. Down 105. Tougher to stay on track without keeping a LAWL diary. Plus, I've been traveling like a mad man. NC twice last week, Dallas this weekend. I know I was shooting to lose 120 total, but I'm pretty content with where I'm at. I've got little more to prove.
Plus, I really want to transition into maintenance so I can do something new again.
Running a 5k with my wife on 10/4. Goal is to break 40 minutes, maybe 35 if I push it. I can't wait to get that T-Shirt.

Down 2 more. I think my metabolism is at an all time high. I ate pizza this week and had a few beers on more than one occasion.
I attribute it to eating breakfast everyday (high protein low carb), drinking 12 glasses of water each day, staying active, and limiting what I eat after dinner to fruits and proteins.
I'm just enjoying the crazy ride.

Well...I made it on the LA Weight Loss blog. They TOTALLY got the numbers messed up. It was a good article until they wrote that my goal weight was 365.
