Ok so I missed a couple of days recording my food. I promise to start again tomorrow. I *have* still been weighing myself and drinking lots of water. Now... to update my weight for past days... LOL...

FYI this weight was taken at about 2am after lying down for quite a while. My weight tends to be lower when I've been resting, or first thing in the morning. I'm going to try and remember to start weighing myself first thing in the morning every day so it's a bit more reliable.
Another note... it's really frustrating adding restaurant food. GRR. Luckily I don't pay attention to nutritional info in a diet sense, other than watching my calories just to see that I'm not eating one bowl of soup that is 2,000 calories... I watch to see if I'm within my daily, and logically cut down the "crap" or eat better stuff the next day if I did badly. Or take mental note of things that were higher than I expected. But still - - - when I'm looking to add a soup that I ate from a restaurant, and fatsecret's closest-sounding thing is about 250 calories, but the soup I actually had was 90.... :( Arg.

My roommate suggested I may be starvingly hungry if I'm coming up to my "Aunt Flo"'s monthly visit. I think she's right, I know I do get more hungry around and during that time... almost as if I'm pregnant.
Doesn't really excuse the extra bowl of cereal after dinner, but I was so hungry still, after dinner... I couldn't find anything else that wasn't TOTAL junk food. I tried to make the best choice I could... lol.
Speaking of food... I was having a hard time finding some things on the list. Like soya sauce. Closest thing I found was something like gravy/sauce/chinese(soy-based, etc, etc)... and it only gave me an option of how many cups. Since it was only about half a teaspoon, I just skipped listing it. *frown*
P.S. If anyone's wondering about my "3lbs" in one day... I signed up as 215lbs because that's what I was last time I checked (last week)... apparently I was down a bit from that yesterday, but I'm just gonna let it be... whatever. BUT... My weight tends to yo-yo every day anywhere from 1-3lbs anyway, I've always found. Some people get all excited about 2lbs weight loss... I dont' get excited til it's at least 5 lbs, and been that way for about a week!

So the steak I didn't know how to enter... I may have entered that wrong yesterday. Either way... noticed my dinner had the most calories. *cringe* That's not a good thing, I suppose. But then... living with 3 other adults and having to share meals... doesn't leave me much choice over my dinner, other than how much of it I eat. I still have the problem of being constantly hungry between meals. I don't *like* water. LOL... I know it helps fill me up but I am reallllly having to force myself. *sigh* Ah well, it is an uphill battle, I know this going in... so push on, as they say. :)

Woot!
Ok let's try this again. I've got a buddy this time... and we're gonna support eachother. :) Yay! I think now that I'm not sitting on my arse for 8.5hrs a day at work, snacking on the job... I will have more luck making this work.
Want to have a bit of a new body in time for fest this summer!!!
