Where do I begin? Well, I wont write too much =) I am working to incorporate the principles of good, solid, healthy eating into my life. I already feel different, and this time, I am not scared that I will never eat what I like again. Instead, with deep nutritional wisdom, I will enjoy my experience of all foods without ever being controlled by any of them again!
My diet history includes Atkins, Zone, calorie counting, Weight Watchers. The first: too crazy; the second: too much math; the third, not always possible; the fourth, too expensive.
