dinner wasn't a very good diet meal if I want to loose weight.
Still under my RDI but to much fat .Not much protein

weight stayed the same for the last few days. I will do better tomorrow. Summer is coming.

I have joined a few different groups and nobody ever tries to keep in touch with me to encourage or share meals so I guess I am on my own. They don't answer my posts/e-mails. Oh well. I do like this site because now I can see what calories etc I am eating. Then I can go see what other people ae eating. I want to say ...WOW !!! no wonder you are not loosing. Look at how many carb you are eating and where are the veggies?

Didn't loose today but am still happy that I didn't gain what I managed to loose.
