Not of to a good start but looking forward to sorting out my gym membership on saturday so i can increase the excercise. Got some bike riding planned to, just need to increase the water intake.

Today is my first day on this site, so im still learning about how it all works. Ive lost about 6lbs to date on my own but this has taken well over a month. I am currently following my own healthy eating plan but hope to start attending weightwatchers and the gym as soon as i start getting paid from my new job.
