WILL-POWER IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS

I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO LOSE ANY MORE WEIGHT. I'M STUCK AT 163-165. I THINK I NEED TO WORK OUT HARDCORE TO BE ABLE TO LOSE ANOTHER 10-15 LBS. I WANT TO WORK OUT, BUT I ALWAYS GET LAZY AFTER WORK AND I DON'T MAKE THE TIME TO DO ANYTHING THAT WILL MAKE ME SWEAT. HOPEFULLY TODAY I WILL START SOMETHING. I WANNA LOSE 15 MORE LBS BY AT LEAST MY BIRTHDAY SO I CAN FEEL THIN ON MY 26TH B-DAY. I WAS DOING REALLY GOOD ON MY YOGURT, SOUP, FRUIT, VEGETABLE, OATS, AND HIGH FIBER DIET. THE ONLY THING THAT IS DIFFICULT FOR ME IS TO NOT EAT THE CAKES AND SWEET BREAD THAT IS CONSTANTLY GIVEN TO MY DEPARTMENT AT WORK, ESPECIALLY WHEN I FORGET TO BRING YOGURT OR OATMEAL IN THE MORNINGS. A GOOD EXAMPLE IS JUST NOW. I WAS OFFERED A KRISPY CREAM DOUGHNUT, AND SINCE I DIDN'T BRING ANYTHING ELSE TO EAT, I TOOK IT. THE WORST PART ABOUT IT IS THAT I ATE IT SO FAST. I DIDN'T EVEN CHECK HOW MANY CALORIES IT HAD. I WANT TO DEVELOP THE WILL POWER TO SAY NO. I FEEL AMAZINGLY GUILTY WHEN I EAT THINGS LIKE THAT BECAUSE I KNOW THAT THEY ARE COUNTER PRODUCTIVE TOWARDS MY GOALS.
