hi i'm from malaysia
in malaysia d metric system used is in metres and kilos so i find it quite hard to adapt to this site because it's using american's metric system. like pound etc.
six years ago my average weight was 72kg to 75kg but now i'm weighing almost 115kg. so for starting i aim to lose at least 20-25kg. i really hope i can make it.
the reason why i want to get leaner? because i'm going to get married in two years time. so i don't want to embarrass my girlfriend during our special day. i want to look good for her so that she can brag about me. haha. another reason is, i look much better when i was leaner. i'm really ugly now that i'm fat. i really hate myself right now.
