Finally I did get my exercise in. I did some yoga this morning and I went to the gym this afternoon. I feel so much better tonight than I did last night. I always wonder why I put off my exercise when I know that it makes me feel better.

So I am going to try and track everything I eat. I didn't get any exercising done today. A computer and studio day where I stand all day but not moving much. Maybe about 2000 steps. Hopefully I'll get out for a walk tonight.
