Weighed in earlier this morning. Lost more than I thought I would. Kept precise track of my calorie deficit. Made sure I had at least -500. Very happy now.

I am now actually exercising 3 times a week like I should have last year. I'm also enjoying it a lot more now and think the December vacation really helped me to relax after working my ass off. I'm going to hit at least 70kg this year, maybe 60kg. Listen to my words Fatsecret!

Stopped exercising for the whole of December. But have started this monday again and it feels good to be back. Picked up a little over 1kg, although it's not as much as I thought it would be.

Couldn't weigh last week because my scale kept giving me the wrong measurements. I have a 5kg dumbell that I used to check it, and it kept saying either 5.1 or 4.9 no matter what I did. So yesterday I bought myself a new scale. Also worked out more this week, but alas, I have gained again. I will keep it up.
