I'm back. I know I do better on low carb. I did very well last time I tried it, but then I blew it and gained it all back. I had to wait to start again until I could wrap my mind around the life style. I'm ready to begin and have been at it for a week. I have decided not to concentrate on weighing, but rather on perfecting my food choices. I have a follow up doctors appointment in February and I'll see how I'm doing then, complete with lab work. I'm sleeping better, I feel better and I figure I'll feel a difference in my clothes! I want health, not a specific weight loss. I figure if I keep my focus on making good low carb food choices, I'll reach my healthy weight, working with my doctor!
