back on the fruits and veggies diet. 1 serving of bread a day, 1 serving of cheese, 2 servings of yogurt or milk, 1 serving of chicken a week, 1 serving a fish a week. sprinkles of nuts on the yogurt. lets see if it works again. i think it will, it always does.
